System Quad / SuperQuad

Wire mesh replacement and high rack professional

Our Quad system is the ideal load carrier. Developed for use in high rack warehouses, Quad containers can handle heavy packaged goods.

In addition, the SuperQuad is the perfect substitute for the conventional wire mesh container. Due to the almost identical inner dimensions, existing base inserts can still be used – the KTP SuperQuad is fully compatible and stackable with steel wire mesh containers.

KTP Superquad

The wire mesh replacement

The picture below shows its almost identical measurements to the steel wire mesh container. Therefore, any available inside packaging can continue to be used. The plastic walls and standard lid provide permanent protection against dirt and water. Because it is foldable – thus achieving a substantial volume reduction – this solution has a great benefit over the steel one.

Container design versions

The standard design version of our containers consists of three pieces – pallet, lid and sleeve. The three design variants SmartFix®,Duo and SmartFold expand the range of services of the standard containers.
