o Develop the marketplace for KTPconTeyor products/solutions (Textile–Plastics–Steel) in the US.
o Responsible for the Sales Revenues and the profitability of the dedicated area.
o Ensure that the customer's packaging requirements are translated into specific KTPconTeyor products and solutions.
o Manage project management activities, in close collaboration with Engineering and Customer Service teams to reach expectations.
o Support marketing activities, needed to achieve the area's ambitions.
o Establish a solid network and strong business relations with existing and new customers (mainly OEMs and Tiers) to grow business.
o In collaboration with project engineers and the client, develop custom KTPconTeyor solutions to meet packaging needs.
o Generate proposals that deliver and provide profitable results for the organization.
o Coordinate activities with the technical/commercial back office located in the US or Mexico to ensure efficient project management.

Compensation will be influenced by the selected candidate and will consist of a competitive base salary, strong incentive compensation, as well as other incentives and benefits.
