As a Quality Inspector, you are responsible for ensuring that all finished products meet customer and engineering requirements before being released. You will play a key role in detecting defects, preventing non-conforming products from reaching customers, and supporting continuous improvement on the production floor.

YOUR ROLE: Ensuring that all finished products meet customer and engineering requirements before being released
Product Inspection & Compliance
- Perform continuous audits of finished products to ensure compliance with product and quality requirements.
- Inspect finished goods according to FAI, engineering drawings, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Verify dimensions and specifications using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers (vernier).
Non-Conformance & Corrective Actions
- Identify rework and non-conforming products and report them to Production Leaders and the Senior Quality Engineer.
- Ensure all deviations are properly documented.
- Stop production when deviations are not documented or when quality is at risk.
Quality Reporting & Data
- Record inspection results and quality findings in online reports using Excel.
- Support traceability and documentation required for audits and customer requirements.
Continuous Improvement Support
- Use problem-solving tools such as 8D and Ishikawa to support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support the quality and production teams in reducing defects and improving product consistency.

YOUR PROFILE: Detail-Oriented Quality Inspector
Education
- You have completed at least Secondary School, High School, or a Technical degree in a production-related area.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a designer or engineering design role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Technical skills
- Ability to measure parts using tape measures and calipers (vernier).
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools such as 8D or Ishikawa.
- Ability to complete digital quality reports using Excel.
Skills
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Ability to identify and solve problems.
- Excellent time management and reliability.
- Basic mathematics skills.
Languages
- English is not required; basic English is a plus.
