You will divide your time between actively working in production and organizing related tasks. The role consists of approximately 80% hands-on production work and 20% planning and coordination.
Responsibilities:
o Actively participate in the cleanroom and production process, setting the right example for the team.
o Ensure strict compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards within the cleanroom environment.
o Lead and motivate the production team (mainly Polish-speaking), and assist in resolving issues on the production line.
o Workforce planning: Create weekly schedules, arrange absence cover and maintain staffing levels.
o Transport planning: Coordinate shipments, manage transport providers and ensure timely deliveries.
o Order necessary materials and supplies.
o As you will be managing a diverse team and switching between tasks, strong communication skills are essential.
o We are looking for a practical, confident individual who can take initiative.
o Language skills: Fluent in Polish (to manage the team) and English (for internal communication and logistics).
o Experience in a production environment, preferably in a cleanroom or quality-focused setting.
o Leadership: Experience in supervising or leading a team, with the ability to ensure smooth collaboration.
o Computer skills: Comfortable working with basic systems such as Excel or ERP software for scheduling and logistics.
This is a full-time position (38 hours per week) in a day shift schedule.
