Positioning interfaces
Positioning interfaces made of corrugated and structural PP panels are individually adapted to the packaged goods so that they are safely stowed away and arrive at their destination without scratches or damage. The packaging solutions are planned in such a way that multiple layers ensure optimal utilization of the container volume.
Layers with foam blocks
The customised combination of corrugated or structural PP panels and XPE foam blocks ensures that the packaged goods are fixed in place and transported safely.
The foam blocks are constructed and placed in such a way that several layers can be stacked in the container.
“Sandwich” solution
The sandwich solution can be done with several materials in order to get a higher thickness and improved features of the surface. There are several ways to connect sheets, such as gluing and welding.
Shaft in position
Our packaging can be used in the automatic environment. Our products can grant a specific with low tolerances positioning of the product in order allow the automatic inserting and picking.
1:1 return of inner packaging
Loosely inserted or firmly connected to the sleeve?
The textile pockets firmly connected to the sleeve can be conveniently pushed together by means of a rail system.
This way, the sleeve can be collapsed in a Z folding method after removing the packaged goods, safely stowed away in a space saving manner.
After removing the packaged goods, the compound inlays are simply inserted together with the folded full container sleeve into the Duo return collar.
Thanks to the sandwich system folding, everything is safely stowed away in a space-saving manner.
