KTPconTeyor Sustainability 2.0

It all began in the late 1980s with the idea of sensibly recycling industrial plastic waste.

For over 30 years, we’ve been supporting our customers in their efforts to create a more sustainable environment – with the help of our foldable, reusable containers.

Our smart transport containers are made from high-quality recycled raw materials and stand out for their exceptional durability. Thanks to their reduced volume when empty, fewer truck journeys are required – cutting both costs and CO₂ emissions.

What to do in the event of container damage?

Damage can sometimes occur during daily handling. In increasingly fast-paced logistics, it is often the forks of the forklift truck that damage the container during loading or unloading. Damage can also occur during manoeuvring, stacking and unstacking or simply through wear and tear. But much of this can be repaired.

Many types of damage to the pallet and lid can be repaired using our certified plastic welding process. Damage to the ring is sealed again using puncture stickers. Handles and tailgate latches can be replaced - as can defective SmartFix® hinges or document pockets.
