ESG

In the last few years, we made significant steps in embedding sustainability into every facet of our business. We have a dedicated sustainability team, actively overseeing our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. This formalized structure ensures that sustainability not only is a priority but a core pillar of our operations, with monthly discussions driving accountability, innovation and progress.

Our focus on the social aspect of ESG is twofold: caring for our people as well as driving sustainability awareness throughout the organization and the communities we operate in. We prioritize the safety, well-being and development of our employees, ensuring a supportive and inclusive work environment. Additionally, we are committed to enhancing a culture of sustainability, educating and engaging our workforce in sustainable practices that contribute to our overall ESG goals.

Since 2023 we have developed a Sustainability Report

Sustainable actions, real impact

In some of our facilities (f.e. Poland and Germany) we have implemented a range of initiatives aimed at improving our energy and environmental performance:

A complete switch to electric forklifts in production, combined with optimized transport routes

A photovoltaic system covering nearly 3,800 m² of our production hall roofs, generating clean energy for the entire site

Our new facility in Poland is certified BREEAM Excellence - the globally recognized standard for sustainable buildings.

Energy-saving LED lighting, smart heating and efficient ventilation systems

Charging stations for electric cars and e-bikes, promoting green commuting options for our team

Dedicated parking for bicycles, encouraging healthier and more sustainable travel to work

Sustainable water management through surrounding water rigs that convert rainwater into valuable groundwater instead of draining it into the sewer

Our facilities are partially heated using waste heat from nearby industry, reducing our reliance on fossil fuels

Our fleet is being gradually converted to plug-in hybrid and electric vehicles, supported by a growing network of charging stations across all locations
