The challenge
One of our customers used heavy large metal racks for transport of door panels from the Czech Republic to Moldova. Our customer wanted to change this packaging for a more lightweight solution.
The solution
Our house of competences allowed us to provide a complete solution consisting of an outer handling unit from plastic, a so-called sleevepack, in combination with a textile dunnage.
The result
With our solution we managed to provide the same component protection in a lighter box, thus simplifying the handling for our customer’s operators and reducing transport costs and CO₂ exhaust, all resulting in significant cost savings.
