o Develop and expand the US market for the company by identifying & converting new business opportunities
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, mainly OEMs and Tier clients to support long term business growth
o Identify and analyze customer packaging requirements and translate them into tailored KTPconTeyor solutions
o Manage the full sales process: prospecting and initiating client contact, assessing customer packaging needs and developing tailored proposals
o Collaborate closely with project engineers and customers to co-develop customized solutions that meet specific packaging challenges
o Lead and coordinate project activities with Engineering, Customer Service, and back-office teams (US/Mexico)
o Ensure efficient project execution and alignment with customer expectations
o Maintain regular client and ensure high- quality support throughout the sales process
o Support marketing initiatives to drive market visibility and business growth
o Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
o Proven track record in solution-based sales within the automotive industry, supported by an established local network
o Experience selling packaging solutions to automotive clients is a key asset
o Good understanding of the automotive supply chain, with a clear interest in both automotive and packaging sectors
o Results-oriented, business developer with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to understand and address customer needs
o Proven project management capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering impactful solutions
o Collaborative team player with integrity, engagement, and a positive attitude
o Highly autonomous and well-organized, with time management skills
o Fluent in English, both written and verbal
o Location: based in the Midwest or Southeast U.S., with proximity to key automotive and industrial manufacturing sites including Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, South Carolina, Alabama, and Texas
o Willingness to travel as needed to support clients
