Business Process Consultant (M/F/X)

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Group IT Manager, you will lead the mapping of current operations and collaborate with stakeholders to define future processes as part of ERP system selection

Your key responsibilities:

o   Act as a key partner to the ERP Project Team and Steering Committee, providing clear, actionable process insights

o   Lead end-to-end mapping of current (AS-IS) processes across Europe and North America.

o   Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with stakeholders from operational teams to senior management

o   Analyse and structure the current operating model, identify gaps, and define a clear ERP framework.

o   Design and challenge future-state (TO-BE) processes, ensuring practical and implementable solutions

o   Drive alignment across regions and functions, balancing standardization with local operational needs

o   The role requires regular presence at HQ in Bous and frequent travel across Europe and North America.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT?

o Senior consultant with proven experience in business process mapping, analysis, and optimization.

o Delivering AS-IS/TO-BE frameworks in international, multi-entity environments.

o   Exposure to ERP projects (selection, blueprinting, or implementation)

o   Strong facilitation skills to structure discussions, challenge constructively and drive alignment and decision-making.

o   Able to translate complex topics into clear, actionable frameworks

o   Credible and confident, engaging effectively with senior stakeholders and navigating resistance

o   Hands-on, structured, and pragmatic, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic, international environments

o   Full professional fluency in English (both oral and written)

o   Willingness to travel across Europe and North America
