The KTP sandwich

Up to 80% volume reduction

Our reusable transport containers consist of three parts – pallet, lid and ring. Thanks to our unique sandwich folding system, a safe and, above all, complete packaging unit remains in place – in full and empty containers.

STEP 1
Delivery of Full Goods Container

All-around protection thanks to the sturdy, closed plastic walls and the standard lid.

STEP 2
Removal of the Cargo

The loading hatch and the hang-in lid make unloading child’s play.

STEP 3
Folding the Container

With just a few simple steps, the empty container can be folded to reduce its volume by 80%.

STEP 4
Complete sandwich

The folded sleeve is securely stored between the pallet and lid – all container parts remain together in the “complete sandwich”.

STEP 5
Maximum Volume Reduction

The sandwich folding system achieves a volume reduction of up to 80%. This ensures a return rate of 1:5 – space-saving storage and only one fifth of the empty transport volume.

STEP 6
Reassembling the Container

Quick and easy, the container is reassembled by setting up and pressing the sleeve apart.

STEP 7
Integrated Base Insert

The base insert, firmly connected to the ring, ensures a closed pallet cover while simultaneously securing the load.

STEP 8
Loading the Container

The cargo is safely stowed and permanently protected against damage, dirt, and moisture. The containers are stackable during storage and transport.
