SmartFix® version

The quick single-piece concept

One-piece unit – Not only the System 2000 but also the System Quad are available in the SmartFix® version. Due to this patented and multiple award-winning container equipment, a three-piece container turns into a real single-piece unit. Pallet, sleeve and lid are firmly interconnected. Never before has the assembly of a container been so quick and easy.

Easy handling

Available in various sizes

The SmartFix® version is available in many size combinations. The sizes of our basic range are tailored to optimum megatrailer or sea container utilisation capacity.

Dimensions of two containers, labeled with minimum size of 800 x 600 mm and maximum size of 1,800 x 1,200 mm, with a "Smart Fix" logo in the corner.

SmartFix® version

Unique and one-piece

The SmartFix® function is unique on the market and an in-house development of KTP. One-piece unit – lid, sleeve and pallet are firmly interconnected by four special hinges. This ensures maximum ease and speed of handling.

Irrespective of size, this form of container can be assembled or dismantled by one person within only four seconds.
