A solid, dustproof covering system, eliminating waste, increasing part protection and enabling to speed up the packing & unpacking process. It’s a very efficient and environmentally friendly solution which also contributes to our customer’s zero waste targets.

Our customer, one of the largest players in the aeronautics & space industry, requested to develop a packaging solution to transport aircraft fuselage spare parts over a distance of 230 kms. The target was to replace their time-consuming one-way packaging process (bubble plastic foil) which required 2 operators for a re-usable solution that could be applied by one operator only. 

We developed a flexible protective cover, strong outside and soft inside which is easy & quick to install (smart closure). A dustproof solution which also came with an additional storage bag for clean intermediate storage.

Not only did we manage to optimize our customers packing process, thus generating significant savings. Our solution also helped to reduce waste and boosted our customer’s image towards his end customer.
