Develop a small packaging for an a-symmetric component, a door module, while maximizing the available storage capacity and still protecting the sensitive part.

We developed a customized Fitbox which contained a connection to the box with Velcro and curtains on the long side. The Fitbox appeared the perfect solution for the a-symmetric component which was supported by different heights in design of pockets. This solution was developed for the first time and appeared to the perfect solution for this component.

We managed to package twice as many components in the same available space.
