Allround Production Operator (Cleanroom & Assembly)

To strengthen our team in Hooge Mierde (NL), we are looking for an enthusiastic Allround Production Operator (Cleanroom & Assembly) (M/F/X)

YOUR ROLE: Work across assembly & cleanroom

As an Allround Production Operator, you will work across both our Assembly and Cleanroom departments. You enjoy a varied role and are flexible in supporting the department where your contribution is needed most. Depending on production planning and workload, you will switch between both departments.

Assembly:

  • Assemble reusable packaging systems according to work instructions.
  • Perform quality checks on components and finished products.
  • Identify deviations and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized workplace. 

Cleanroom:

  • Clean racks according to established procedures.
  • Inspect cleaned racks using UV light.
  • Package cleaned racks in accordance with cleanroom procedures to prevent contamination.
  • Perform daily cleanroom maintenance and work according to strict cleanroom standards.

YOUR PROFILE: Agile & hands-on team player

  • You are accurate and have a strong eye for quality.
  • You are flexible and enjoy working in different production environments.
  • You are hands-on and enjoy practical work.
  • You are a team player but can also work independently.
  • You can prioritise your work and adapt easily when production needs change.
  • You are eager to learn and open to developing new skills.
  • You have a good command of Dutch, English or Polish.
  • Experience in a production environment is an advantage. Experience in a cleanroom is a plus but not essential—we will provide full training.
